A total of 19 lots can consider bunker-style basement parking that makes use of the terrain and level differences. Whether it can actually be installed depends on the design and permit conditions of each lot.
Homes are arranged to take advantage of the level differences, with openness and views in mind. Views and parking arrangements for each home depend on the lot and the architectural design.
According to the on-site information provided, city gas service pipe work for each lot has been completed. Actual supply and connection conditions, and any additional costs, need to be confirmed separately.
On-site information stating that there is no deadline for building will be explained in your individual consultation after the contract terms for each lot and the relevant laws have been confirmed. Parking space may vary depending on the conditions of each lot.

According to a government announcement in October 2026, the relocation of 44 agencies in total, with an authorised staff of 9,929 civil servants, is being pursued. Of these, 27 agencies will move in 2027 using leased offices, and the remaining 17 are planned to move in stages after new government buildings are completed by 2031.
Presidential Office Sejong · National Assembly Sejong
The Presidential Office Sejong is targeted for completion in 2029 and the National Assembly Sejong in 2033. Neither facility has been completed yet, and schedules may change.
Government relocations and expanding infrastructure are important factors when considering Sejong's medium- to long-term housing demand. However, they do not guarantee any rise in price or investment return for individual lots at THE GRENOBLE.
